At KTCHN, we are passionate about supporting a rapidly changing world. We take part in that change by offering you a culinary experience based on seasonality and the veggie movement which believes in the crucial role local producers, short supply chains, and sustainability play. It is in that dynamic that we live our values: enjoyment, sharing, conviviality.
Food sharing or the unequalled conviviality we experience sitting around the table, having a meal, at times simple, at other times gastronomic, but always shared. We believe in the magic that emanates when people get together around a table, share stories, laughter, and flavours. KTCHN is fully committed to creating memorable culinary experiences where food becomes a catalyst for excitement.
Our chefs harmoniously embed the natural cycles of our planet into their work, by respecting the seasons and following the rhythm of our planet. Authentic flavours lie at the heart of our continuous tribute to the flavours of vegetables.
In practical terms, at KTCHN, we offer a culinary experience where plants are the star of the show and meat and fish complete the picture. By putting plants at the centre of our creations, we hope to promote awareness of how we consume, while offering a memorable gastronomic experience.
Laure Genonceaux’s cuisine is bright and celebrates her Mauritian roots and raw products, full of flavour, and magnificently presented. When you ask Laure about her favourite dish, she doesn’t have to think twice: her mum’s meatballs in tomato sauce. A simple way to remember the important things in life, which is also what we at KTCHN like to do.
From a very tender age, Despina spent all her free time cooking with her grandmother and learning the secrets of patisserie. After having worked as a journalist for a number of years, she decided to follow her passion for patisserie and to focus entirely on her culinary art. Much to the delight of those of us blessed with a sweet tooth!
